I think it depends on the design and the type of tattoo. I like tattoo's but it has to suit the person and be done professionally and not by a dodgy tattoo artist on a cheap bender in Kavos or something
 .Tattoos in general can be beautiful and can tell a story and they're like a piece of art work but i find face tattoos weird . Neck tattoos can be risky and they have to suit the person and again it depends on the size and the design. but i honestly can't imagine Shane WITHOUT tatt's as i'm so use to seeing him with tatt's and they suits him  .
