Probably, but they won't kick out Shane. They would lose a lot of the viewers.

So basically BB is inconsistent and hypocritical then . Denise Welsh did same thing didn't she?? .

But yet Sam pinched Jemma in CBB 20 and got a warning even though Jemma confirmed she was fine and that they were fooling about .

I know, it's unfair. But they may still tell him off about it..

It's ridiculous , if they're going to be strict about possible sexual harassment then they should treat everyone the same .

Maybe we should watch the show first. For all we know there might have been a warning.
