I think its more..they use them when it makes sense to use them tbh. And when two housemates are having fun and both seem extremely relaxed and enjoying it, then its a bit daft to warn.

If anything this year, a warning should perhaps have gone to Genuwine when he forced that kiss on Ashley. She looked so uncomfortable and he seemed to have hold of her head pretty hard.

It does appear to be when its housemates viewers dislike that there are warnings called for tbh. I remember when they Hazel and Daley thing happened and so many people were still saying that nothing should have happened to him, purely as they dislike Hazel. They were also calling for her to be ejected for slapping his arse or something playfully

In short, blanket rules do not really work as context is important.

Are you kidding me ??? you think Ginuwine should of gotten a warning for a silly kiss ?? i'm done! .

Shane J pulling Andrew's pants down and touching his arse cheeks is acceptable!?? OK because that's that's fair .

Jemma & Sam were "having fun" in CBB20 and Sam still got a warning . So i don't care what anyone says , BB and their BS rules are inconsistent and daft .

And Callum looked embarrassed when Jasmine grabbed his crotch and nothing was done about it .

No, I dont think there should have been any warnings, BUT if we are looking for reasons to warn, thats the best I can come up with

I don't remember Jemma and Sam or what happened tbh. BB give out a lot of stupid warnings though tbh

What I mean by blanket rules don't wok is...lets Say Shane L got into Jess' bed tonight and she said no, but he did not get out and Jess was uncomfortable with this. A warning could maybe be given for this. So, people would assume that from now on, if anyone got into anyone elses bed and the housemate said no there should be a warning given. So tomorrow night, Genuwine gets into Ashleys bed, she says no but is giggling on and is comfortable when she says it so clearly doesn't mean it and it just taking the piss. Should he then get a warning? So they are consistent? Context is important.

Pulling someone's underwear down to expose them is unacceptable....simples.
