And Andrew thinks he can get away with his practical jokes by apologising afterwards , he's insincere and fake.

If he accidentally offended Ann in another way then he'd be more believable. But you can't accidentally ask Ann something like that, Andrew wanted to embarrass Ann for his own stupid pleasure and it was obvious.
