Chav has more to do with behaviour than anything else. He certainly behaves like a chav.

Well yes I guess we do. Some young girls slap on far too much make up and consequently look chavvy...it's sad because underneath all that make up they are naturally beautiful.
Shane J looks quite stunning as a woman...but it's still a chavvy look because it's a gross exaggeration. The wigs are phenominal, but maybe if he had more 'natural' looking hair he wouldn't look so chavvy but then it's the epitome of drag isn't it?...maybe that's what Ann doesn't get. If that makes sense.
