Well yes, I can see him being arrested at the time but there's a few things that make it likely that the people are in on it... e.g. the first guy who "chases" him is quite clearly not actually trying to catch him (he's not running at full speed to get him) and the guy at 1.25 reacts instantly to the water being thrown which means he knew it was coming, otherwise there would be a second of "wtf just happened" before reacting like that. So yeah I can see them getting arrested for causing a disturbance (and especially for running about in the road, which is doubly stupid) but actually being charged with anything seems pretty unlikely. Like I said - if "being an annoying idiot" was illegal, there'd be more people in prison than out of it.

As for the killer clowns - the only good killer clown videos were the ones where people reacted by punching them square in the face. .

I see what you're saying TS, but we can't have people running the streets throwing pretend acid at people, any more then we can have people running round pretending to shoot people.
