I never order meat in a restaurant unless it's fish because ngl I am hopeless with a knife and fork

Medium for me...slight redness in the middle keeps the steak succulent and juicy....and filet is my favourite cut.

Well done + fat

I used to work in restaurants and chefs HATE it when people order well done, it's just nicer though imo.
