Acid Rain exists because they use chemicals to produce rain and the chemicals are too strong sometimes

Also if the water cycle bull**** was true, how come the whole ocean isn't evaporated into clouds? It just doesn't make sense

Also, flooding is population control and flooding is caused by rain, and since the government wants to control the population, it's clear to see this is one of the many reasons the government created rain
