Plus at the moment he hasn't been charged so could possibly have blown below the legal limit at the station. The roadside tests are not as accurate so they can't charge on that reading. It may be it was shown as a positive test at the roadside but when they measure the alcohol to breath ratio it may have been below. So at the moment he is a suspected drink driver but as I said before I've never known anyone who has blown a positive test at the station be released while the investigate. Its normally a straight charge and a court date. I would imagine they are investigating his culpability for the accident.

I think he was still in custody this morning.

They released him at 3am. I hope if he has blown positive that his celebrity status doesn't get him any preferential treatment.

Good luck with that one...i wouldnt be surprised if he was given extra time inbetween the 2 tests.
