Same - religion has a lot to answer for and i want nothing to do with it. There should be more options in this poll instead of yes/no. I’ve been raised by a casual Catholic family, who goes to church every Sunday, prays before meals. I still practice that today, though I oppose to some stuff regarding the Catholic faith...

I'm agnostic.

I despise any and all organised religions but I despise them equally. I believe religion should be a personal thing and turning it into a method of control over people is just wrong.

My sister in law is religious from a strongly catholic family.
When she was struggling with her cancer she would cry that it was punishment from God for having a child out of wedlock, frightened she wouldn't be allowed through the pearly gates.
The mental anguish this caused her was something to behold.
Her God came and took her at 7 mins past 3 this afternoon.



He better have those ruddy gates open for the poor lass.
