Well I've never known anyone who's obsessed with her but she's where she is because of the family she is from.
If she wasn't, she'd have got her 5 minutes from shagging celebrities and faded away a while ago. She has the money and the resources to make her hollow existence a "career". Louisa doesn't have that.
