There is some interesting theory in social psychology though, that as populations increase, people notice subconsciously and sex drive naturally decreases. I kind of knew that TS, I was making a point. A very valid point, and maybe falling birthrates anywhere will get people talking about the fact that it won't be long until the Earth can't support all the humans on it. We're busy developing cures for everything, people are living longer, and the people who reproduce most quickly are the poorest people.
