It's definitely a huge concern... I remember watching "Quarantine 2" a few years ago (it's not a great film... but anyway...) and at the end it's revealed that some "sciency villains" have deliberately created and released the virus to dramatically cut the global population because it's becoming unsustainable, and everyone is like "Oh no how terrible, evil scientists!" and I was sat there like ".............
