Ours went senile. Honestly. It worked properly at first but now it never gets anything right, sometimes just randomly says things, and sometimes it starts laughing .

Also Netflix had the genius idea of making a show called "Alexa and Katie" that my daughter watches. Alexa got very confused, very quickly, and had to be unplugged.
