It will probably only be available on Netflix UK.
Drag race has only ever had season 8 available in Canada. I used to hack the IP address and use Netflix UK... but they have made that impossible now.

But also... I can't access ITVplayer in Canada... so either way it doesn't equate to global

Essentially yes... but it airs at yours about noon my time... so by the time I'm home from work of an evening... I can stream via an app rt to my tv.
