I suppose it's best that ex-players start off in management with small clubs in even smaller leagues. Less pressure if they stumble.

what do you think LT? I guess from the point of view of attracting players he could do well, but no managerial experience another Roy Keane?

Tbh we dont have many options and we have not had a decent appointment since Walter Smith.

Dont forget Steven will be helped by Souness and King Kenny so its not quite as it seems and Gary Mac knows his onions

i said hello to him back in March when he came up for the Celtic game at Ibrox..
