It's the Snyder effect to be honest... I don't think it was the right direction for the DC films, at least not on his own, they could have potentially had two directors... one for character work and Snyder for action

. Because if you enjoy CGI-based action... honestly... for me his stuff is a cut above. I don't know if you've seen "Sucker Punch"... but again, the character story is an unholy mess, it makes DCU look competent, but the robot-assassins-on-a-train fight sequence (...yeah...) is literally my favourite CGI-based sequence... by a mile. It's just flawless.
Marvel's action sequences rarely come close to be honest. Full of shakycam and a bad habit of cutting away on impact.
Just a shame Snyder can't put together a cohesive film
