I understand that time is a constraint, but I bet there would be people who would love to help. I have seen this issue come up before and there are many talented people on the forum who could help with design and implementation given the chance.

Well if it wasnt an admin that was implementing the design then it would involve giving certain people access to admin areas of the forum, and for a complete overhaul they would probably need access to the website cp too, maybe admin wouldn't feel comfortable enough doing that, who knows? I would certainly be wary about giving random people access to any of my website cps though.

Codes are written on test pages and only implemented once admin are happy with them. Codes can also be mailed to admin and copied in by themselves. Passwords can also be shared and changed. And members who have been here on the forum for some time do not necessarily fall under the umbrella of random people.

James is only one person. And it's no skin off my nose what they do, as it doesn't benefit me in any way, but some people seem to actually care about the fact that it is such a mess, so why not enlist help? If trust is never put in other people, then nothing will ever change. Delegation is what is needed maybe?

I mean I am aware that the current site has had a few tweaks, and has improved a tiny tiny bit from before, but it seems that the TiBB homepage was much better in the past. Especially that second screenshot. Which means that the site has sadly been neglected.

Yeah that's if there's a coder on this forum that can write code to implement into the cms addition and who is also willing to spend a lot of time doing unpaid work, and I don't think there's many of those around here tbh.

I also don't know why admin havent asked anyone to help they are the ones that would have to answer that, and we know people care about the forum we do too believe it or not.

There is generally someone willing. And I never said you didn't care about the forum. I was just trying to put a perspective on it. I'll just leave it there as I don't want people to get all defensive about it.
