It's absolutely horrendous here just now! We had half planned on spending the day in Edinburgh today but it'd mean going over one if the forth bridges.. **** that!

There's been heavy, heavy winds and rain here but nothing OTT. Just a few bins sliding around and fence panels taken up.

Few rumbles of thunder this morning too but feel very lucky as it was forecast to be much worse.

Rain was lashing the windows last night, lovely sound to go to sleep to.

Another Bad Tomorrow.


The ITV1 London Weatherman
said the Arctic Polar Vortex that is freezing North America
is due to come over here , but it will warm up a bit
as it flows on the Jet Stream
so no snow.

We had a leak yesterday coming from the roof, reckon it was because of the wind angling the rain towards this flat roof on top of the back of our house 'cause of where it was coming in

We never seem to be affected by extreme weather up here, not sure why that is, like we get bad weather but the two rivers rarely burst their banks and if they do it doesn't affect the city...

Another storm again, I don't think midlands going get hit to bad this time.

I really get so bored of this neverending rain, I hate it, when it's a wet winter, we have rain all year, these months should be snowy lol.

Not really shocked this Januray is the wettest on Record! , the looks of first week of Feb is the same, more Rain!
