I usually like the confessional screamer types but weirdly I don't really like Adam (although he was a bit better last episode)... and the Zeke/Adam/Hannah moment was hilarious although that was mainly Hannah who made the moment.

yes it was
![]() I think one of the most insulting things about this season is how they're marketing Generation X as hard-workers who earned every penny they have, when if anything that describes Baby Boomers? Generation X was all about counterculture and standing up against authority. I get that the show probably doesn't want this twist to just be seen as a repeat of Nicaragua's (even though Blood/Water and Brains/Brawns/Beauty have all been repeated, and even though casuals surely don't even remember Nicaragua), but with the way they're trying to paint Millennials and Generation X it's literally No Collar vs. Blue Collar.

I'm finding this season kinda boring so far. It's not unwatchable but I don't really feel anything about the season? I don't know whether the cast is just bland or if it's the editing
I do like Ken/David/Michaela/Hannah though Oh and I'm excited Lucy's dictator breakout after being invisible for 3 episodes

I agree. It's still watchable and enjoyable but it's really vanilla. I don't know if it's the editing or the cast, but nobody's really popped so far in the same way that, like, people like Alecia and Debbie and even Tai did by this time last year. The editing of Gen X in particular has been atrocious, as far as I'm concerned Bret/Chris/Jessica/even Sunday are all the same person. I can't attribute any personality traits to any of them.
Also, Michelle is WINNING so get ready for another season of #Winchelle and #Controverchelle

Just watched episode 3, it's getting a bit better now but I still have no one to root for.
What's the deal with the whole "Millennials use 'C U L8R' and Gen X use 'see you later'" um?? I hate this whole idea that both tribes are ~worlds apart~. Bye Paul Last edited by Firewire; 11-10-2016 at 12:26 PM. |

bc Jeff Probst's talk show got cancelled so now he feels the need to editorialize in ****ing Survivor bc it's his only platform left and he can market it as a social experiment, even though that phrase is only used to defend racism and bigotry on reality TV.

I read that Rachel was a last-minute replacement and Mari might have been meant for Gen X (which I'm not convinced by given that Mari's only content was "millennials play games! On the internet!"), so I think it's just another example of the bull**** theme not fitting the cast, a la No Collar Nina and Alecia the mental giant
