I have been thinking of Rice Square Lucozade lately.

If he/she could visit this thread he will find useful information. (I did not know this thread till today)

If he has time or enegy to cook, there are also many budget recipes via internet.

Oh dear. Anything you just need to shove in the microwave or oven without preparation is not food, as far as I'm concerned.

Sure Enid
but in these Hard times many go to Google
and search for Bargain Food for a pound.

We are stuck in this New Labour Depression
so AsdaWalmart are a great help for the UK.

Bull arista, bull! People use that as an excuse for their laziness! You could prepare a great meal for less than a quid. Buying cheap packet meals are more expensive in the long run.

Wrong again
they may be on a 12 hour shift rota.
This is not a long run
this is for the many hard working students
in work and at study.

You can eat this Quality food and add Seeded Bread.
It is Time that matters more Enid.

I am never wrong.

As I said, it is just laziness, which is fair enough. Sometimes all I wanna do is throw a few chips in the oven. Fast and easy. But you can't say nobody has the time too cook a healthy meal. My partner is a full time student at uni and he cooks us a meal every single night.
