She's a vicar in the village now, but she used to be a police officer I think and Bob's cell mate is a guy whose case she worked on and she's about to testify against him in his upcoming trial x

She was a vicar in the village, but then things happened (she was charged of burglary) and she had to resign and after that Ashley returned to his post as the priest of the village.

Now she works as a private investigator.

its not going to work - emmerdale are not on EE level ie dirty den - they don't do unrealistic thigs and this is what makes emmerdale the best thing on tv.

If he's not dead, he's not dead.

I think the very fact that he wasn't buried, just had a few leaves chucked on him and the show is refusing to confirm or deny his status shows he will return at some point in the future to scare the crap out of Pete.

As for Dirty Den, his original death was purposely left ambiguous. We never saw his actual death on screen.

It's obvious Ross will return and the body the police find isn't his.
