Jon, I suppose the first thing that stuck out is that I'm not really sure that 'You're' is grammatically correct

However, the website was a very nice idea, and you provided an excellent array of designs, features and details that I think made your website the best idea. Before this task I was looking into firing you the first, but now... who knows?

Ben, again a really simple and effective idea, and I liked some parts of the design, by my main gripe was your choice of font. In the large body of text on your about page it was a strain to read, and I think something else could have been picked. I also felt at times during the task you were just designing menus, because of Salman's work - but you chose some excellent coworkers to assist you and in the end designed a nice, useful website.

Jamie, again I think your youth might have been on your side in this one: the inclusions of social media websites (the Twitter stream, the Facebook comments) was inspired. However, I was a little put off by the designs of the whole thing, and if I'm honest I'm not really sure the website idea was the best of the three - this could have tested your creativity and I think an "Apprentice website" in this was a bit unoriginal

Jamie, throughout the whole contest I think you've surprised everyone. As a relatively new member to the whole TiBB game side of things we didn't really know what to expect from you and I think Leon's initial betting odds reflected that. As a member of a very strong team you struggled occasionally to dominate, and were often voted out by your teammates, but you've made it this far, and you're going to make it again to the final two

ukturtle, you were the bookies' favourite for a large portion of this game and the Forum Game task really proved why. You struggled occasionally to motivate an often lazy team, and I can empathise with that However, at other times I think you've not quite caught our attentions in the way that the other two finalists have, and it is for this reason that I regretfully have to say: Ben, you're fired.

DrunkerThanMoses, I did mention in my firing of Vanessa that I'd initially intended to fire you, but this task really surprised me. Your interview was very convincing, and as mentioned above, your website was probably the best overall. You've therefore made the final two
