Eh I think it might just be that she had such a short stay with the company so if they're going for a hand full of shock factor pops for the match I can't really see Kong being one of them. It's not really a huge return (aside from her being a dominant force for the match) since there's probably plenty fans that don't even know/remember her.

Why would it be so bad though? Ronda and her huge success and popularity is one of the main reasons there was a Women Revolution in the first place if we are keeping it 100.

It's no worse than one of the 4 Hoursemen losing to none Horse Woman Female wrestlers imo. Besides, Charlotte is the only protected one in 2018 anyway
