Dinner: A warburtons thin with Darylea a packet of pombears and a choc chip cereal bar

Warm liverpate on black bread, topped by crispy bacon and mushrooms.
Loads of coffee.
Normally I'd have porridge to start the day or wholemeal toast, but if I get up late, then just lunch.
Tonight, probably fish.
