Um you might be having a migraine. I get them every so often. The first thing that usually happens is blurry/distorted vision mixed with them little blobs you see after a camera flash. A dark room and a lie down should help. If you start feeling nauseous and stuff then go to sleep for a while, it always helps me.

Have you ever had this before?

Yeah the headache usually comes on a little later if you get a migraine.
