If what I read elsewhere is true, that NORAID raised funds in Boston to pay for IRA terrorist atrocities over here, could this be Karma catching up with that city? What that person wrote on another forum did make me wonder.

Another point is that here in the UK we have had to suffer worse atrocities, like the Birmingham pub bombings, Enniskillen, Warrington to name a few. Boston got of lightly compared to what we have suffered in the UK.

Getting back to the first point, some of the funds to carry out these attacks were raised in the US, am not sure if Boston was the main culprit, that other poster seemed to think so. Meanwhile the news of these atrocities went unreported as the owners of the main TV stations blocking such news, while giving air time to those, like Sien Fein /(IRA) saying that Ireland was under forced and illegal occupation by the British Army who were allegedly carrying out random searches of people's homes in the middle of the night. Obviously this obviously still rankles with some today

I am not sure where that other poster lives, but from the tone of what he wrote, it still caused immense resentment towards to US, and Boston in particular.

So you're saying you think it's a British person that did this then? Some anti-Irish Independence nut attacks Boston? But why don't they just attack Ireland then?

Thanks for clarifying Sticks, don't really want to get into this theory too deeply on this thread, but to my mind there are some gaping holes in it.

My bet is still on the guy with the white hat and the guy next to him in the blue running kit.
And if nothing comes of it, and these are perfectly innocent people being suspected, I still admire the people who are trying to work it out with angles and video shots. Mostly though, we're all working from publicly filmed events while the FBI has a whole lot more, including these. I'd expect they'll find the proper suspects and have them shortly.

I hope this man makes himself known to Police/FBI so he can be ruled out of the investigation otherwise a manhunt will ensue for this man.

Looking at this picture I can only speculate as to whether he was involved or not, as I say for his own peace of mind he should come forward asap so he can be eliminated from this investigation (assuming of course he is innocent !!)
