YAAAAS CERSEI! YAAAAAS. Cersei showing Daenerys how it's done Watching everyone burn while sipping on some wine > Dracarys. Ugh, I love her.

I'm really sad that Margaery died though, I think it was a mistake to kill her off like that. They could have done more with her character. I think Tommen's death didn't feel right either, he's too cowardly to commit suicide. Aside from that and the overly long (and mostly pointless) Sam scene, it was a great episode.

I've given up on Stoneheart appearing now, if she wasn't going to appear in this series then she never will. The Arya scene was great though, I expected that we'd only check in on Arya to see her leave Braavos but I'm glad they've decided to skip that though.

I liked that we got a confirmation on Jon Snow's heritage but the idea they've set up of Sansa potentially betraying Jon is boring. We've waited YEARS for a Stark reunion, it's a terrible move to pit them against each other now. The King in the North stuff feels like too much of a repeat of Rob's Rebellion so I'm not too interested. I'm hoping that Sansa is playing Littlefinger and the Stark storyline will go in a direction no one was expecting.

It also feels so bizarre to think that Dany's on her way. It's going to be beyond weird to see her in Westeros.

I think if LSH had appeared at this late stage in the series it wouldn't have worked too well, their focusing in on a smaller bunch of characters now.

such a brilliant episode, there are hardly no characters left now though Aryas return Sansa better not be thinking about betraying Jon, I'm hoping she's planning to lead LF on to take him down for what he did to her with Ramsay. Surprised and disappointed that Margaerys demise was quick and they never really do anything great, i thought she was being built up to something better

Sansa won't betray Jon, It wouldn't make sense given how many years a Stark reunion has been in the making. It makes more sense for Sansa's development if she ends up outplaying Littlefinger and causing his downfall.

The only thing is, the producers are following the storyline for all the major characters that GRRM will have in the book but......

So what are your theories for next season?

I definitely think the last scene of the last episode will be the White Walkers breaking through the wall and killing the Night's Watch and Bran will be to blame since I think that if he passes through the wall the Night's King will be able to as well due to Bran being marked by him. We'll see glimpses of the White Walkers as usual throughout the series but the next series is going to be focused primarily on the Battle of the Queens.

Melisandre's going to end up on Cersei's side albeit temporarily I think, if they plan on Dany v Cersei being a season long arc then they need to give Cersei something that could allow her to hold off Dany. I did have an interesting thought about Cersei in Season 8, she'll lose the throne by the end of S7 but I actually think she could end up involved with the White Walkers after she's deposed and on the run. I've got a feeling she'll end up running straight into the White Walkers and will be turned into a WW, becoming the new Night's Queen in the process. Of course I don't know how but that's my thoughts.

Stoneheart's never appearing but I do think that Arya could play her role, she'll get entangled with the Brothers without Banners and she'll use them in a similar fashion that Stoneheart did.

Euron will be offed quickly I think, I think his role in the TV series was just to force Yara and Theon into taking their ships to Dany. I can't see him being kept around for very long.

My guess is that Sansa's storyline is one that will be very different in the books, they could end up turning her into a darker character in the books by simply having her off him out of pure lust for power. Then again something could happen in WoW that causes a divide between them.

It could just be that the path of her story is very different but she ends up in the same place as the TV series.
