How unhealthy is dark chocolate? I bought lindt 85% cocoa dark chocolate and it tastes awful but chocolate is chocolate and I'm trying to be all healthy so I resisted buying any nice Cadbury stuff.
I don't understand any ingredients/nutrition information but it says per 100g, fat = 46g, of which saturates = 28g, carbs = 19g, of which sugars = 14g, and protein = 11g.
