I hope Elijah doesn't die but then I can't see him become a permanent character, he wont be needed after this storyline ends.

We're probably going to be left on a big cliff hanger about who dies I reckon.

The idea of hybrids is an overplayed plot device though, making the villain posess the traits of two warring factions in the story is a good way of making them instantly dangerous.

She isn't dead yet, just transitioning which is pointless unless they're going to kill her off. About 3 of the original cast who arent vampires now.

Hopefully Klaus breaks the curse and Jenna & that pointless werewolf Jules can die instead of Caroline and Tyler. It wont be a big deal about Elena getting sacrificed because she'll just be a vampire, it was obvious it'd happen at some point.

Was an epic episode on the whole though, wonder what will happen to Damon?

He doesn't want to leave and he hasn't said anything about leaving anytime soon + he's the core 3 and the fact that he's the most popular character on the show by a massive distance is enough to suggest they'll have a loophole or a cure for the werewolf bite, someone does die next episode anyway.. in the promo they are laying flowers on a grave and the grave next to it says " Gilbert "

They are ruining it, I do agree. I hated Jenna but does this mean nearly everyone of the orignals will become vampires.

Jenna's gonna die I think, Matt won't though. I can't see John or Jeremy dying as they both have the rings. Elijah and Klaus are obvious candidates but Katherine will survive though as she's a popular character.
