BB1 for me please, watched it first time round but it seems a life time away now.Thanks again looking forward to BB3 final,will watch later today.

What can i say that has not been said before,what a night it was.Davina is so like Emma in her early years,not sure if that is good or not.I do think that Brian and Emma could recreate the atmosphere that the final had with wit and enthusiasm.Davina seemed so much more at ease with the crowd and less scripted than in later years.They got longer on interviews too,such an event,i hope C5 can do this again for us.BB was loved by so many and i feel it still can be.I still wanted Alex to win but was glad Johnny didnt.Cant believe just how much i liked BB3 cos at the time it didnt seem that great.Thanks again and look forward to whatever BB is decided to watch again.

It does seem like a huge event doesnt it and everything seems bigger, the crowd, the stage, the giant tv outside the house and the crowds are not just there for pantomime they are actually there to be part of it.

The interviews are really in depth which i love and Jades evcitions was sex!

Finale - Part 1

Davina looks lush in the white suit. I liked that she wore black for most evictions but this is a nice contrast. Shame about the hair all series lol. Davina: "I hope you are enjoying your finale night party." I can't really say it's a party, Davina. It's 2002 and I'm sat on my Nan's sofa with her sayign "What is this show? God, in't she loud? Who is this piggy?" Lol. I watched the launch at a party though- it was pure coincidence but we all stopped to watch the launch.

That crowd, the setup, and Davina's interaction with them is amazing. Lol at Jade and Jonny being etiquette. LOL Alex's speech was a bit of a downer. I think it's his attitude even in the final week that makes him come across as ungrateful and undeserving. Aww, I hope they did keep in contact.

How did BB attract the attention of stars like Johnny Depp and Samuel L Jackson? Can it do that again? It really is the best final group of any regular BB.

Ooh, Davina's interviewing the families. This is refreshing. Jackiey really did become a celebrity in her own right when the press described her as a "one armed lesbian" and then when Avid Merrion got hold of her. Lol at Graham Norton beign there too, BB could do with a few celeb fans showing up on finale nights. I liek that Joanne says Jonny's exactly like he is in the house. Ok, lots of white suits now with Davina, Joanne and Kate's sister. Freaky.

And fourth place is - Jade! She's actually getting a lot of cheers. Lol at Kate shouting "Open the door!" as if she wants her out asap. Omg Jade's reaction to Graham Norton being her 'biggest fan' is priceless. Can't wait til she hears about Johnny Depp - and then Avid Merrion lol.

Lol at how she's waving pants around and how Johnny Depp looks. Oh look, there's Adele. I'm glad the later series give the ex HMs more attention on the final nights. Hahahaha at Davina with the cards and it being before the watershed. Christ, Avid Merrion. I really do dislike Leigh Francis and a lot of his creations. I watched Bo Selecta and I did laugh at times but my God he's a tw@t. Davina's shushing him and telling Jade he's scary, which he is.

The Jadeisms are great. Stop the press: there are stairs on planes? How did I not know this? Love her or hate her, she was a good HM.

Finale - Part 2

And Alex finished third! What the hell happened to the cameraman? Ahahaha at how quick Alex was to get to the shower, and his epic jog there. Eurgh, Sandy love. Adele vs Kate - Imagine if he said Kate lol. It's nice he said Adele though. Did him and Adele actually get together before he was with Mel from BB1? Either way it was good seeing them briefly reunited for that task in BB8.

The drunken Alex VT is cracking me up and his reaction to the dance behind the door is cringey but hilarious. I hope he kept that accoridan and that he doesn't regret his BB experience because he said he didn't during Dermot's Last Supper. I shall always remember him as - the tit. OMG Tim's gone blonde? Why is he lurking in the shaddows? I want to see. Blonde probably suits him more.

Oh here come the ex HMs. Forgot about this bit. And the most rewarding part is we can see Tim's blonde hair lol. Hahaha at the love triangle because Lee is loving it. And I love Alison, she was so game. Lol poor Tim got booed, maybe they didn't like his new look. Lol at Sunita being there and Davina moving her along with a swift arm movement and turn of the head. I quite like the ex HMs being on stage for the announcement.

And the winner is Kate!

Lol I still do their little leg dance from time to time. Aww, Jonny and Joanne should have been a super couple. I'd have called them Jojo.

OMG I remember that Graham Norton sketch! Ha! LMAO at Dustin Jonny: "Three. ******in'. Times! Eurgh! Not the toenail bit again! I'm eating! Sandy tried to crush Jonny's hand? What a d!ck. To be fair, every HM must often realise they're in the BB house and are careful at what they say or do. Lol at "I gave videos?" and "I bounced off Kate, she was just an idot. She's just stupid."

Hahaha I want every winner to be drunk just before they leave the house. Jonny was a good HM and I still don't believe he was playing a game. He was aware of the cameras but he's just as cheeky on the outside.

Oops, Davina made a booboo: "The winner of Big Brother 2001 is Kate". Hahahaha at Davina holding the card saying 'Hand job'. I still don't get why people refer to it as 'PJ and the BJ' unless they later admited it was a BJ? LMAO at the whole of that Davina speech. Poor Mark Fowler. I kinda miss when Davina went in to the house but think it's better the interview takes place outside.

L. M. F. A. O. at Davina: "Are you ok?" Kate: "No. I sh!t myself" OMG she's pissed. And she made Davina some punch lol. She keeps saying "Yes!" Bless her. Omg I'm creasing up at the bit with Sandy p!ssing in the bin and Kate wincign and saying "I touched his wee". Brilliant. And Further Lol-age at Kate's durnken best bits and the clip of her falling over. Ahahaha Kate: "I don't want to go outside."

Davina: "Ok, now Kate, I forgot to give you these. Gucci sunglasses. You you broke those, and you had PMT, and you cried, and I got very upset." And lol at Kate's reaction to her coughing and spluttering in the DR chair. And Kate thinking her alternate pic looks like Bruce Forsyth lol. I'm glad later series had best bits and the lights switiching off cos the last few seconds did seme a bit messy.

Thanks again Dan! I't's been great rewatching it, interesting to compare it to later series and got me more excited for BB12. I hope it's like the earlier years, I really do. It's been emotional, bitch. Now for BB4! Lol

Yeah, Johnny did come across well in the interview, and I wasn't his biggest fan, Kate got a bit too drunk, I think she regrets it now really.

I won't comment on Alex and Jade, I really didn't like them then, but time to let go for various reasons.

To clear up some of your questions, Jade did eventually admit to the BJ, after lying about it for a while. I think I'm right in saying Alex said "there was more chance of me being President of the USA then going out with Adele", but they're friends, now so maybe that was meant less harsh then it sounds.

BB1 for me as well please - it is the one series I never watched for some reason (although I know who won) so it will be a whole new experience! Am just downloading final and can't wait. Thanks again Daniel and looking forward to the next lot.

absolutely awesome final just hope BB can get back to this magic again with real excitement about who might win instead of pre chosen winners like Josie etc.Loved watching this and am revved up and ready to watch any more if thats the case but so looking forward to BB on 5,im sure they will do us proud.

Well, as I said earlier in the thread, she did try to get involved in some way in UBB, but her schedule didn't allow it, works in Brum now. I think she only did BB:CH as a favor to her friend, who was the booker, and they wanted someone last minute, it was all a bit rushed.

I've just finished watching Big Brother 3 after all these weeks.

What a fantastic series.
I loved the evictions, it really made me feel like I was in 2002 - you could tell this series was MASSIVE in the country and really got the whole nation talking.

I wish I was old enough in '02 to actually live that, the closest I've gotten to that would of been Big Brother 7.

Anyway the house was pretty awesome, really big.
The housemates were brilliant, so normal and entertaining.
There were barely any tasks but I don't really care.
The series in general was just fantastic and the final 4 were easily the best finalists we have ever had - my opinion sadly hasn't changed on Jade Goody but that doesn't matter.

It's a real shame Kate Lawler is so ignorant to the show though nowadays as she seemed so happy in the final.

Does anyone know what ever happened to Johnny?

Alex has become one of my favourite housemates, his dry humour was brilliant.

So yes Big Brother 3 was quality and I'm glad I gave it a chance, I really am.

I rewatched BB5 this time last year; when I say rewatch I mean I watched it before but can't remember so kind of watched it for the first time again LOL - anyway I don't think BB3 is as good as Big Brother 5; I enjoyed BB5 alot more.

But BB3 really was brilliant.

I've been reading viewer's opinions on it from the morning after the final on the comments of this site - it's really quite hilarious hearing them wishing for BB4 to be even better
