I had a hatstall between that and Hufflepuff. Basically means you could be in either house so you get to choose.

This is awful. I bought myself a new copy of every book last year and havent touched them since I put them away. Went to get them yesterday and 2 are gone and I cant find them anywhere

There's people on twitter who got in on Day 4 and 6 and they've been let on. So, unless they're lying then it's random selections from any day.

But, on another note, I want to be in Slytherin.

No they are not lying, people are being chosen at random. The majority are from Day 1 apparently but people from each day have been chosen.

omgz I finally got my email today!

Extremely pleased with that, even though I thought I would be sorted into Ravenclaw. Only downside is I won't have much backstory for Gryffindor because it's already in the books, unlike the other three houses.

I'm really loving it though! The questions you get asked for wand selection and for sorting are so creative and well thought out, they really make you think. I answered honestly, although I'm sure plenty won't have in the hope of getting into their favorite house. The backstories on there are so great to read, I loved in particular the one about McGonagall and the Dursleys. I haven't even completed the whole book yet though, so I'm sure there's more to come! Ahh, it's so great!

I can't sodding believe it. Went away to the Lakes for a week and completely forgot about Pottermore. Just logged onto my email and I received the Pottermore welcome email last Friday. I spent nearly two weeks constantly refreshing the email unable to wait and now I've had it a week and not logged on. Think I'll be on all night, very nice welcome home present.

I've just been placed in Ravenclaw. I'm glad I'm not in Gryffindor because I wanted to explore a different house than the one we saw most of in the books but I really wanted Slytherin.

I don't think the sorting is fully accurate because of the 100,000 beta users on there now, there seems to be an equal number of people in each house.
