Her stepmum, Ian’s fourth wife, longs for a baby but had a hysterectomy after Lucy’s brother Steven shot her.

Jane, played by Laurie Brett, and Ian (Adam Woodyatt) have been trying to adopt.

A show insider said: "Lucy falls pregnant just as Jane is desperate for a baby. Jane believes it could be the solution."

Sixteen-year-old Lucy, who has already caused heartache by dating gun-toting Craig Dixon and fleeing home battles her family over what to do.

The source said: "Emotions run high and there are many twists ahead."

after Phil confornts Sonia about Jamie, Sonia tries to try and Seduce Phil! Apparently Sonia climbs into his bed leaving Phil stunned and when Shirley discovers the pair together she gives old Phil a slap!

The stripper scene was so cringe I thought and Sonia deserved a proper entrance. She just came from nowhere, it would have been nice to see what Dot was like when coming face to face with her for the first time in a few years.

The baby isn't Archie's afterall. Ronnie finds out about Archie apparently being the father to Stacey's baby and works out that it can't have been his because he was in his early stages of cancer or something like that. The baby is actually Ryan's.
