YES it was called Road Raja and here's what I know about it thx to another poster at another forum

Nana Julie was a contestant on early 00s minor satellite channel sort-of-reality show Road Raja. The idea of the show was that six celebrities (Nana Julie, Caprice, Lily Allen's Dad, Rula Lenska's Abusive Ex-Husband, Some Guy, Some Lady) would learn to drive on the streets of Mumbai, and then after six weeks they'd compete in a road race to determine who was the best at driving. Except Nana Julie never bothered learning how to drive, instead putting on her best Nana Julie act to get various locals to help a poor old white nana through these silly games she was doing for the tv camera, and having them drive for her. So the day of the final race they made it clear to Nana Julie that she couldn't ask locals for help in this instance (I would imagine mostly because after 5 episodes of it it was getting boring). So Nana Julie paid off her driving instructor to do the race for her on her behalf with her in the passenger seat. There was no prize, no reason to do this, and no way she wouldn't get disqualified afterwards. She was doing it literally just so she could win. Unfortunately this plan did not pay off, as Nana Julie's instructor managed to crash into a wall, nearly killing Nana Julie, her instructor, and the cameraman attached to them. The reason he crashed (and this wasn't shown on air but it's the solid rumour I've heard from people in the know since) was because, after the cameraman got bored of filming Julie for no narrative-related reason, she set about...giving the instructor his payment from the passenger seat, taking his attention off the road. If you know what I mean.

I agree with her being overrated (so is Dexter) but I don't think spending 10 weeks with Helen is a fun experience and joyful. I know I wouldn't want to spend 10 weeks with that tbh, I mean she is like a dementor.

I prefer more to a housemate than just having a tiresome long-running feud with someone who was unpopular with the public and is only liked for doing so. She didn't make me laugh, or didn't even entertain me once - well nobody in BB15 did, lets be real. I don't think she's at all liked for her own merits, just because she happened to hate somebody who the public also hated - none of which she did on her own. She pretty much came to life after Toya told her to before she was evicted.

Makosi was entertaining, and Aisleyne was genuine and had more than one side to her personality, which made her fascinating to watch, Deana was actually righteous >>>> and then you get Ashleigh, who just bitched about someone the public hated - the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Each to their own, I guess.
