Since I stopped going to the gym and had a health setback, I have put on weight - in the wrong places so I am starting a strict diet and today has been a day of deliberate excess.

Countless cups of coffee.

3 soft boiled eggs and 4 slices of crusty bread with butter.

2 grilled pork chops and homemade chips with 2 slices of bread and butter.

One punnet of fresh strawberries.

One portion of strawberry trifle with fresh cream.

One glass of diet coke with ice.

One choc ice.

Tomorrow, my diet.

Tunnocks Tea Cakes yummy. They were my favourites when I was a kid and they are still around.

I went to sleep at around 3.30 am and got up at just after 6 pm and up to now, I have had just 6 or 7 cups of coffee.

I did have a beautiful thick Rump steak for late dinner yesterday though and I left half of it so I will probably re-heat that and have it for dinner with a large portion of garlic mushrooms and several chunks of crusty uncut bread with butter.

I'm just not hungry though yet for some reason, and I never hardly ever skip breakfast which to me is THE most vital meal of all.
