I feel like Natalia just wanted to get in the villa. She was coming on quite strong with Luke M and as soon as they are back from Casa Amor she has absolutely no feelings for him?

Callum did lie! he didn't really care for Shaughna, he switched to Molly in a second and never gave Shaughna a second thought. Molly also had to tell Callum to go after her.
