Yeah its with +1 it must have been Sky+ largley then because it makes no sense that last night a Sunday episode would get more than a eviction.
Positive side is that this weeks eviction would most likely beat it and we can say "Yay it beat last weeks rating"

I know that they take into account 4OD, Sky+ and any VHS/DVD recording that has happened.

Not sure about the pause thing though.

BBBM pulls in low ratings and has ever since Russell left.. its normal.
Russell Brand WAS the show, i remember the show getting 1 million when Charley and Channele reuinited in BB8... but BBBM been always below 300,000 except for launches and finales since 2008.
