They actually are the most succesful club in the world in terms off trophy's won...more major trophies than any other team, and being the first club to reach 100 major honours

Barca haven't won more honours then Rangers therefore they are not as successful as Rangers are.. Real madrid are 2nd and they are 17 trophy's behind Rangers ( Last time i checked )

Scottish teams do well in the Champions league ( with the odd expection like last year ) But Celtic beat United 1-0 several seasons back and Rangers beat Lyon 3-0 away they even got into the last 16 in 2006 and only got knocked out on away goals by Villareal..
Just admit it SPL > championship anyday
