Scottish schools must have separate toilets for boys and girls




New guidance issued by Holyrood ministers says that facilities must be made
available on the basis of biological sex, but that schools can also provide gender
neutral toilets.

Schools had previously been told that transgender pupils could use whatever
toilets they felt most comfortable in.

The updated Scottish government guidance, external says that under the law
toilet facilities must be "made available on the basis of biological sex".

Was the more than 20-fold rise in trans identities since 2010 the result of
people finally feeling free to express their authentic selves? Or was it a social
contagion?

Five years ago, I and others were canceled for suggesting the latter. New
evidence shows we were right.

Olympics to ban transgender athletes from all women’s events

New policy may also bar female athletes with ‘differences of sex development’,

Laurel Hubbard, a transwoman (male) from New Zealand, competed in the women’s
weightlifting competition at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020

The Olympics is increasingly likely to ban transgender athletes from all
female competition following a science-based review of evidence.

Although no final decision has been made, the update to IOC members
reportedly stated that scientific evidence showed there were physical
advantages to being born male that remained even after reducing
testosterone levels.

Kirsty Coventry, the new president of the International Olympic Committee
(IOC), told Telegraph Sport in January that she favoured a blanket ban and,
after winning the presidency in March, commissioned a review that assessed
the permanent physical advantages of being born male.

Potter-themed event to be scheduled at Stanley Park.

During the meeting, the trans activists who were invited to speak labeled
Rowling a "holocaust denier" who used her royalties from the Harry Potter
franchise to fund "global anti-trans campaigns."

The activists also threatened protests if the event, titled Harry Potter: A
Forbidden Forest Experience, was allowed to proceed as planned.

To be honest, I didn't even know Vancouver Parks and Recreations had avowed
me, so the disavowal hasn't been much of a blow. Next time, send me a
certificate of avowal, wait until I've proudly framed it, hung it over my PC and
taken a selfie with it, THEN revoke it.
