if you press system setup on your remote and scroll down to system test see what it says if nothing useful you can do a system health check your access code is last 4 digits of viewing card number which is in system details ,if you do that it might help to reset the system ,also if you press interactive button sky customer services then help centre they have FAQ's for sky+ so the problem might be listed

He's not stupid though and the alphabetical order of voting is important. Charlie went in first, totally unaware of why he had been called to diary room. Taken aback he said he couldn't nominate because he was close too all the people left (except Siavash which he hinted at but didn't say). BB told him by not nominating he was automatically up for eviction. David went next, having agreed not to nominate, but nominated Siavash and Sophie. He came out and declared thjat he HAD nominated so Lisa went in and nominated Siavash and Rodrigo. The others had agreed not to nominate.

Quick thinking Rodrigo realised that if none of them voted they would all be up but NOT David an Lisa. So, he broke the pact specifically to ensure that everybody was up. He told Charlie it was because he had effectively put himself up and he wanted to defend him.
