Oh dear, beyond ridiculous.

Not their problem anyway, the production team should've stopped them but they didn't, so it should be them they're taking to court, not Gino and Stuart.

They are all to blame - inc. Gino and Stuart. Gino actually killed it - so bears main responsibility - he knew they weren't going to starve, it wasn't a necessity.

How is it different if it is a wild rat or pet rat? surely killing is killing?
We kill animals for food all the time so how is this different
Surely it should be the producers who are responsible because they knew they were planning to kill the rats and didn't stop them and Gino didn't know they were pet ones.

Why didn't any of the crew intervene when they were talking about killing and eating a rat? Surely they would've contacted either Stu or Gino if they had known it would stir up such a fuss, but they just let them do it. I mean c'mon. It's bloody ridiculous.

Anybody who says they deserve three years in prison for killing a rat has a ****ing screw loose.

apparently geoge went and asked for permission (to kill and eat the rat)in the bush-telegraph and the producers told him it was OK!
