To the people who called me 'spoilt brat and ungrateful' Im not, I said thanks and that, but im just pissed off at how my ****ing brother got more than me and yet everyone in my family is acting like I Should be happy yet he got more than me.

And then just now while Eastenders was on I was looking at the back of his DVD cover and my mum said 'put that down you have your own' and then when he went to look at mine, Not a ****ing word was said.

Unfair people my family are!

I'm a self-confessed spoilt brat too but it's the way you come across and show how unhappy you are while so many people are having nothing outside, nothing to eat, nowhere to sleep etc... Be careful about that.
At the end of the day, one of the kids will always have more than you. I know what you mean, my little sister had sometimes more but I dealt with it as I was happy with what I got.
It's not all about the presents, he may have gotten more than you but it doesn't mean he'll enjoy them more and will be happier in the future.
It's just one day, it won't change your life forever.

I'm not Mother Theresa either, I don't think about poor and disabled people every day but you have to know there is worse than you in the world. Some people need a reality check. I may say that because I've been in Russia to see what real poverty is (and trust me it's way harsher than you think) and where my roots are therefore I feel lucky to have something to eat everyday. But yet you're young so I'm not expecting you nor a lot of people here to understand.
You just need to know these things. I'm not saying we should all transform in Mother Theresa's or Peace Nobel Prize winners, but knowing what you have in life will always get you forward.

Patrick, I know what you mean, my mum much prefers my older brother. But still be glad and not an uptight little brat. Is he a younger brother? If so then you get less because as you get older the amount you get decreases.
