Also, I love to see these American narrow-minded rednecks who never left their state hating on the French in the comments on the online article. They're so ridiculous.

France is a truly beautiful country, filled with fanatastic secenery, the architecture in some cities is a joy to behold, the food is wonderful, the wines divine. france really does have everything.

The only thing spoiling it is the Locals.

They're immigrants who are exploited. It's quite an issue out there.

Didn't France have problems with Muslims at one point? And it's banned the Burka right?

Yes it does. It's one of the most controversial law yet (and God knows France loves controversy). We had terrorist attacks threats from Al Quaida for this. It's a huge debate out there, very complicated to solve. A lot of people are worried France will become an Islam state in a few years.

They don't know, they just received a tape. Then a few French journalists have been kidnapped in the Middle East since Christmas as a revenge for this law. It's not going to stop anytime soon. In the tape, they said they'll destroy a strong French symbol. The Government thinks about either the National Assembly or the Stock Exchange.

What about most of the Muslims who live in France? And they like the Bosnian ones and that?

Most of them are unemployed and think they're above the law. I'm not being racist but it's definitely the truth. Especially in Marseilles where I live because it's right in front of Algeria so it has the biggest Muslim community and in a few areas, it's a right mess. They have to understand there are laws in this country and you need to respect the values. My parents are both immigrants from two different countries and they told me they'd have never behaved like that in a million years back in the 70's, they were too happy of the opportunity they had to start something in a better place. That's why I said in a post above that some people need to understand how lucky they are to live in France.

Immigration is a real issue and the 2012 Presidential elections are going to be all about this topic.

Ahhhh damn :S sounds what is like happening here really. In the 50's 60's and 70's them coming over worked great and they intergrated well, but it's just this new generation of immigrants who are after whatever they can get. Also the areas they live in are dumps also.

I think it's the biggest issue right now. But apart from that, it's a nice country to live in. Like I said, either you love it or hate it.

J'aime Paris, I think it is one of the most beautiful places. I would adore to live there one day, not sure how that is going to happen but I dream of it.
