Unfortunately she has attracted a lot of people who find her weird, don't like the way she dresses or her music trying to say she's copying Madonna atc, fair enough we all have different opinions

It's very easy to find haters for GaGa, just not on this forum to a huge extent. Most other forums I am on hold the mass opinion that she is a vaccum of nonsense.

Uh because they had a Massively Popular UK Talent show to left them off, because they were hated.

GaGa worked hard to get to were she is today as did many other artists unlike people like Leona who are only famous for the same reason as Jedward.

If you say 'Lady GaGa will not be as relevant in a few years' people may think you are making a de facto statement.

GaGa has had far more successful songs than Taylor, im quite sure everyone on here would agree when I say that.

Lady G can release a song and it can still be on the charts months on, just look at Bad Romance.

Taylor Swift is boring, she had one good song last year.

proof is that taylor swift got #2 most brought album of 08 and 09
gaga got #3 most brought of 09 so therefore lost to taylor

and Taylor tour got sold out and she has had like 8 singles from 1 albumas its been so sucessful

as soon as Taylor Swift got out today was a fairytale it went #1 straight away in USA with no promotion and it wasnt even amazing.

Telephone on the other hand with loads of promotion and with another massive artist is struggiling for number 1

The lyrics? Okay, I will give you that, she explores a few themes but she is still at the shallow end of the pool IMO. Most of what she is writting about is love, sex, fame, love, sex and fame. It's a shame that your missing the point. Trust me, if you were a fan you'd realise there's so much more to her, things you are completley missing. You mentioned there's no point in the cigarette shades, but she has explained why she done that, and she had a perfectley valid explanation with a meaning behind it.
