I was exhausted so as soon as i got in bed i fell asleep...

Maybe you lot need to have a thinner quilt ( i have the thinnest you can have diring winter and in summer i just use the case with no quilt in it)

Anyway its great because i can take my top off a lot lol so im happy.

Had a football game yesterday around 10ish KO.. when you would think it woudn't be that hot.. it was about 28C.. half time i didn't drink the water I just throw the whole 2 litre bottle over myself.. I was a sweating mess... No subs and down to 10 men for the majority of the game..

saw some people wearing Jeans today as well.. i don't know how they can do it, i would sweat in places unimaginable

I don't mind heat, i just hate it when there's little or no breeze because then it's just stagnant heat.

I prefer the cold if I'm honest, it's easier to warm up then it is to cool down.

God I hate the sun so so much.. bring back the rain! It's boiling here, I seriously can't stand it. I'm constantly getting headaches and I'm constantly feeling drained and sick Think I've gone through about 20 bottles of water today which is twice the amount I usually drink!

Ah, I don't mind a bit of heat and sunlight, but it just seems very close at the moment. Maybe I'm not used to it but it feels very humid to me.
