I have sent a message to channel 4 regarding free passes for TiBB (Very formal writing). So I do hope they can reply.

I have also asked James and Mark via U2U to see if they could contact channel 4 and do the same thing.

I really dont want to pay and am trying to think of ways we could get them for free.

As I said earlier, the petition wasn't as active on TiBB and as a result they certainly won't be paying attention to us.

At the end of the day, they campaigned day after day. We didn't. They deserve it. We don't.

We were all too busy arguing with eachother and not focussing on the goal.

Especially if James writes it, I don't think he likes me.

But I haven't got an infraction in ages... improving

And if its based on who has the most passion for the show and stuff, then I think I may be in with a shot.

But I just hope its done fairly.

As is common in such circumstances, people at Digital Spy are being offered something in return as a message of goodwill in response to previous complaints - you'll find many businesses will do the same.

However, you go in and tell them you want something for free because you "really don't want to pay" and they quite rightly tell you where to go. Your arrogance is astounding really, especially when you see how some of those who've received the offer have actually felt guilty about it and said they'd rather pay.

In addition, unlike here where the issue did die at Digital Spy there was regular communication between us posters and people at C4 within the thread - and hence that is where the offer has come from.

Harry is not arrogant at all. We just wondered if Digital Spy got free passes.. why not some members from TIBB? The hardcore BB fans who have been with BB through thick and thin! Harry is one of the few who deserves a free pass, he has contributed the most to TIBB, bar Mark Waldorf. We just wondered anyway.. we will queue up ready to register on channel4.com like the rest of the fans who only clicked "like" on facebook.. etc if no free passes will be given away on here. James and Mark.. well whoever set up TIBB in the first place deserves a free pass to be honest.

We have heard that you are offering free passes for the first 1000 people who sign up to be able to use live feed on your website.

As we are a established Big Brother forum is there a chance that you could offer some members free passes as a tribute for all of our dedication to the program.

Members of ThisisBigBrother.com would be more then happy if some members would be able to have access to the live feed for free as we would appreciate channel 4 more and continue to watch your programs in the future.

It does not say at all that I/we 'Really do not want to pay'. And yes in the message I sent to channel 4 I did exaggerate some of what I had said. But there is alot of truth in that message I sent to channel 4.

I was the person that arranged set up and posted the original live feed petition both on here and on ds that reached over 5000 signed before it was defaced by some bitter user.
but im not going to be a crawly bum lick about it and start sending scratting letters.
well done to the 30 that got them.

Agreed! We all wanted Live Feed back.. but instead of complaining as much as Digital Spy we spoke about other things BB related. It is a lot more active in here than on Digital Spy. We are always the ones coming up with many BB talking points!

Exactly.

This forum is alot better than DS tbh, it is more active now actually too.
I just hope they give us a chance, in BB10 on BBLB they wouldn't fuck up about Digital Spy and Twitter.
I hope this year with BBLB being more to do with online, they'll look at us.

Like I said it'll be good if they did give them to 30 Members that are on this section all the time talking about it.

You would get good members then and real BB Fans getting the passes not trolls or people who don't even care about the show.

That's well put actually, and apologies if I was a bit short with you - a quick search through your posting history shows you've been as vocal about the live feed here as some people at Digital Spy.

I do think they would have been better off at least offering some of the 1000 free passes through various fansites and forums - in the US they give several websites around 10 passes each to give away, but on the other hand give away far fewer passes in total than C4 is offering. The £450 spent on the free passes today is quite insignificant when you look at the overall budget - but the £15,000 the 1000 free passes are worth is a pretty massive giveaway, although of course also a marketing strategy to try and get people to sign up early.

I am not sure I sent it to the wrong place though so you might want to send your own letters off too.
