Big Brother 11’ s launch last night achieved an average audience of 5.0m viewers, 22% share, peaking at 5.9m at 10pm.
The last ever Big Brother launch show beat all the other terrestrial channels. Up against BB11’s launch last night: BBC1 - Junior Apprentice got 4.2m viewers. BBC2 - Make Me a New Face: A New Hope for Africa’s Hidden Children got 1.6m viewers. ITV1 - Father & Son got 3.7m viewers. Five - NCIS got 2.0m Inds. Last night’s rating of 5m viewers made BB11’s launch the third highest rating programme on Channel 4, so far this year. Big Brother. |
