I reckon its Kathy.

I know Kathy & Britney could be the two HM's which have a connection, but Kathy was on the end of the sofa's when the lights went out, which would give her the best opportunity to lock the store room. And she just seems like she would be the least obvious person in there that would be the Saboteur
