not as bad as Ch4.

Richard is Live on SkyNews in a few mins.
Name me a successful C5 show and make that a homegrown one so Neighbours and H&A don't count.

BB would make a lot of money for his OK magazine........Also BB on channel 5 under his management probably wouldn't have the silly censorship that CH4 have done for the past 5 years.....

Some comment that CH5 is a "small" channel....Perhaps if BB is properly managed CH5 could become a bigger channel......BB has served CH4 well as far as viewer ratings are concerned......

One main thing CH5 would have to try and do is change the format some way so that the "hating" element of BB viewers cannot so easily kill off story lines in mid track by hate type voting to evict......

Its not so much CH4 that has killed BB I am afraid the so called BB fans have a lot to answer for in that respect......Constantly killing off story lines because of bandwagon hate fests

The difference is that C5's a terrestial channel and Sky isn't. How many imports do BBC1-C4 rely on? Not many.

C5 is terrible with homegrown content, they'll do one or two seasons of BB and then it'll die forever since no channel will pick something up that's been cancelled twice. They should have let it rest for a few years since C5 isn't the answer.

That doesn't exactly light the ratings on fire though doesn't it? If you look at the other terrestial channels they all have flagship shows while C5 doesn't since it relies on imports and documentaries.

BB wouldn't be a great fit really I don't think unless they really revamped C5 completely and I can't see it happening as C5 isn't popular with the same demographics C4 is.

No I don't want a different format it'd be weird without the same producers and Marcus Bentley not narrating ;/

I don't want it back.

Yes Ch5
now has Ch5 HD

before the BBC1HD which is soon.

Making efforts to stay ahead matter
also Richard confirmed on SkyNews he will remain under Public Ofcom.
So he is so far taking the best route.

On the Media Guardian Live Audio Chat
they did not like him
but they recorded there tape yesterday.

He is Keeping Dawn Airey
who has improved much of the content.

And he is keeping Milkshake - the kids shows early AM

Also the New Big Brother can have Hard Tasks
Fitter Folks going on it.

So I think It can become even better than of the recent BB.

But having it away from Houses like Elstree

We have to wait for the News
from
Media Guardian or SkyNews on this.
