I don't think it's just down to John James' looks. Women don't go for appearances half as much as guys do. Sex appeal means a totally different thing to most women than physical attractiveness... I think that has to be said.

But women are far more easily charmed than men which is why guys like John James, who are well versed in using charm to their advantage are more popular with women than with men.

A lot of women (and some gay guys) also seem to go mad for the arrogant type of man. It does nothing for me personally.

I certainly disagree with that bit - it is an established fact that men are easily charmed by a pretty face - many men don't think with their brains when faced by a stunning woman!

Yes, some men can be bewitched by a pretty face, but are less likely to look upon a woman's personality kindly if they have done something wrong. The reverse is far less common, because some men, like JJ, are adept at manipulating women's emotions.

It may be less of a 'Brit' thing and more of a 'woman' thing.
Call it 'inherent sin' and call it learned behavior but women around the world have the baffling dilemma of being tormented by shlthead problem men AND being exactly who rewards, perpetuates and ultimate reproduces shlthead problem men.
They are infatuated with and have mad respect for abusive, obnoxious, emotionally screwed up men.
and,
at the same time have zero respect for polite, calm caring types of men. Actually they often disrespect that type as 'wimps'.

I mean.. you can even take the anthropology type of angles on this where they might suppose it is some survival concept where the woman will take a risk of 'being abused' for the 'insurance' of having an abuser to.. attack threats, bully bananas from others and defend her more fearfully.

As for the UK I do wonder if the problem is especially worse there. astounding numbers of single mothers.
They WILL choose to be impregnated by the most obnoxious, bullying, emotionally immature loud-mouths.
Then they produce swarms of scally youth, young men who are the most obnoxious, antagonizing, spite-filled bastards.
Rinse, repeat cycle.
Been going on strong since WW2 in the UK outpacing anywhere else.

But I don't know Australia. I've been with Aussie gals. They tell me a lot of Australian men are named Craig or Russel and pretty much are obnoxious loud drunks, slobs, fist-fight, will always want to eff some other woman, slobs and generally a sort of 'lout' I think they were called. They tell me it is epidemic and hopeless.
So I don't know but that is what they say. JJ seems to be more like a 'spoiled brat' version.
I just know most Australian men I have met are obnoxious but I haven't lived there to see if its just 'off chance' or really is the rule?

What a stupid question it would have been better if you missed the sex part out. I like the lad not just because he a good looking YOUNG man hes a nice guy and got even better over the weeks. Im in a very happy relationship not desperate for anything at all and as someone also pointed out Girls and Women think diffrent about these,s things with good looking younger guys imho.

unfortunatly yes Abhorsen! and im a woman but i dont find this twat attractive what so ever! not only is he physically ugly but inside he's nasty aswell!!!! , its pathetic cause its alot of people thinking with their private parts! and it makes them seem too desperate to just find a bf of their own rather than drool over this aussie sh*t on telly!
